1 cat. 9 lives. 90 seconds each. 

Team up with all 9 of Gigi's lives to get eat as many fish as possible before time runs out in this PSX / 00s PC inspired puzzle platformer!

All Gigi wanted to do was sleep on this cozy winter night. But when a computer mishap  breaks the time space continuum and sends fish flying across her city, her hunger outweighs her laziness. 

Created for fun for a game jam, no intention of selling in the future. This is the first game I've shipped from start to finish, so if you have any feedback or tips happy to hear them!

Tips / How To Play:

Each of your 9 lives lasts 90 seconds. Once one ends, the time loop restarts. Buttons pressed in previous lives will activate at the same time in the next life. Eat more Fish to gain new abilities. Fish eaten and abilities are not lost between lives. Explore the city and find the optimal path to grab as many fish as possible before all 9 lives run out.

Controls:

Move: WASD / Left Stick

Camera: Mouse / Right Stick

Jump: Space / A

Pounce: Shift / B

Menu: ESC or M

Created using UE5.6, Lumen is used, but not Nanite. Optimized for avg 350+ FPS on my Nvidia RTX 3060 and AMD Ryzen 7 5700x3D on High Setting. Should play nicely on most modern systems, but let me know if you have any issues and your specs. Retro effects are recommended, but can be disabled.
